The BVPT Team
Cindy Briles, Receptionist | Office Staff
I came to BVPT initially for physical therapy after having rotator cuff repair. While being a patient, I listened and observed the staff. They all seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and there was great comorodery with coworkers as well as the patients. When the temporary/part time opportunity as a tech helping with patients came about, I sought the position. I have been employed now since January of 2006 and am happy to say I am a permanent/full time employee. While I mainly work as a receptionist at the front desk, I still get to interact with the patients and occasionally help in the back with our patients.
I am a graduate of Shawnee Mission North High School and have 23 years of experience in the dental field. My MRS. degree came in June of 1973 giving me boasting rights now of 37 years of marriage! My husband and I have raised three amazing, wonderful and loving children who are now all married to equally wonderful spouses of their own. We have now entered the next phase of life…..GRANDCHILDREN! Our first grandchild was born Feb 1, 2010! He is a healthy big boy named Jett Matthew. We are enjoying watching him grow and change.
Working at the front desk, I get to enjoy meeting the new patients as well as renewing old friendships as I welcome back returning patients. It’s great to work in such a great atmosphere with such good people

Success Stories
To my family doctor:
I want to thank you for sending me to such a great office of people. I have been to other therapy offices for other situations, and none of them even come close to the Blue Valley Physical Therapy employees. They are a great group of professional and very caring. I want them to know how much I appreciate all their help in treating me. I know I am on the road to recovery.
